Mednafen on Windows with TG16-Mini USB Controller. Strat here was to offer up a bison on 30% terrain for the Atlases while taking them out and moving other troops up to take the trigger and the factory. The key here is not to get bottlenecked up by the factories, so surrounding and eliminating the triggers ASAP for freedom to advance the front and overpower the enemy troops. If I had taken out more of their third Atlas with my initial Hadrian strike, I would have taken my Charlie out to take their bottom factory one turn sooner, and likely would have converted some of their units that were still in there. Between that and just being more decisive in tactics, there is still plenty of room for time savings here, although I think 9 turns is about the best possible.
