Hi guys! For now I've been trying to speedrun the Obtain Netherite category, run that I "completed" twice, but both were rejected. I wont come back to the first one, berceuse the run-deny is clearly understandable, but I was a bit surprised when I saw that my second one was rejected because "Tlauncher is not allowed". After that, I've been reading the rules twice but havent seen any rule forbidding me from using a launcher. I hate putting in question the mods work, and I just wanted to know if using a launcher does not count as using an "official release" of the game. And if that's the case, sorry for having putting your work in question...

Tlauncher is banned because it modifies the game. You are only allowed to use vanilla without mods, with the exception of the mods explicitly stated as allowed in the rules (optifine for 1.14 and earlier, caffeinemc, lazydfu).

Using a cracked vanilla launcher is okay (one which does not modify the jar), we can't recommend anything though, as they are against the law.

Thanks ! I'll try to find a launcher that is okay with the speedrun rules, tho, and will try to save some money to buy the Mojang official version :).
