Here's at least the first 4 levels' maps with all boxes marked and hidden boxes/ammo marked. + is HP up, - is HP down, heart is 1up, star is invulnerability, skull is death box. One thing to note about stage 2 rafting, by collecting all the eggs in an area you'll be awarded the extra 1up, but this will likely not be helpful in a speedrun.

Stage 2:The T-Rex area will always drop 40 yellow ammo in the top right side if you run out or take a continue.
