You rejected this because you said characters were collected. Please either re-read your submission rules or edit them to make your statement correct. It says, and I quote, "Unlocking characters is not required." Does it say you are NOT ALLOWED to collect characters? No. It doesn't. It simply says it is optional whether you would like to collect characters are not.
