So I decided to start doing Celeste speedruns again recently, including All C-Sides. It took a while to relearn all the levels and get comfortable with the route. I assumed my old best time of 7:27 from a few years ago would take a while to beat, but I surprisingly got this run within an hour or so of doing serious attempts.
Having no deaths through Summit, Core, and Resort was huge. I played super well up until Old Site at the end, where I had a chance to lock in a substantial improvement over my old time and possibly even sub 7, but I messed up. It is still a new best and with how quickly I had this run, I think I can get it lower soon.
