Getting this time was a real pain but here we are. Lap 3 could have been better, but overall I'm satisfied by the result.

With BallisticNG new Patch 1.3.3, a new track has been added to the Extras track section, Basis Divide. Rules for the Free Tracks category will be updated accordingly to fit this new track to the category.
