There's (for now) no TAS possible on hello neighbor. I think recto was trying to make one so you should ask him.

You can use cheat engine to slow down the game. I guess that works but you would have to say its a tas run.
The best you can do is make a sob where you take clips from youtube and put them together.

PC Full Game Categories Revamp
Having two different Any% categories was probably enough, but we've decided to make the latest patch available to run! Also, the way you submit runs that do or don't abuse lag/FPS strats should be more obvious now!
A few things to note though is that:
- 100% is a category that can ONLY be done on
Recent runs
