game time was supposed to be calculated time per hole, but it takes a lot of time. It seems load times are consistent enough maybe we can just remove it for now.

only asking because no one uses it correctly anymore. maybe in the future the times will be close enough that it will be needed again but for the last 2 years that has not been the case
