Add milliseconds to run times
I noticed that run times do not include milliseconds but only seconds, for runs as short as this and the fact that people are going to have very close runs, I feel that having milliseconds on the run time is a must.
I mean, I guess, I don't really see a lot of people getting close in anything...and any% doesn't count as getting close, it's a MEME
i tied with someone in forest classic. Something that probably wouldn't be a tie if milliseconds were involved.
I should note that FingerQuick made a very good point about Milliseconds, with it being that unless there is an autosplitter, you cannot correctly determine milliseconds, since we as humans cannot split at the exact frame.
