The Gameboy category has been very competitive lately and I've noticed that maybe there are some inconsistencies between runs because of the use of different emulators and timers.

For this category from now on, everyone should:

1. Use Gambatte and capture the window border of the emulator on the recording https://github.com/Dabomstew/gambatte-speedrun/releases

2. Livesplit to track the time showing in the format ss.xx

3. Use and capture input indicator https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/nohboard.44/

4. Capture in 720p 60fps or 1080p 60fps

Failing to meet any of these requirements incurs a penalty and your time will be displayed as ss.x99 on the leaderboard.

All the current runs on the leaderboard will get the penatly,

Leave a comment with suggestions, questions, etc..

So I already had the first two in my submission, but I never plan to use and input indicator and I don't know if my internet can handle 60 fps. Does this make my run invalid as I hadn't planned to submit again prior to these rules changes.

Not invalid, just not verifiable to the hundredth of a second.
