I believe the Cholo's were attacking the Sharks while I was trying to take over this particular business. After killing the other Victor's, I entered the Empire and the game hardlocked. Cool game.

Also, I was testing the teleport glitch when this occurred to time taking over businesses earlier in the run.

I was using the Vice Port warp glitch after Nice Package -> Three business near Leafy Links -> Deathwarp -> Balls

Not only is it slower (~30secs) but it would also lose more time on the drive from the end of Blitzkrieg Strikes Again to Lost and Found. It would be possible to change the route order (Blitzkrieg Strikes Again -> So Long Schlong -> Lost and Found -> Domo Arigato Domestoboto -> In the Air Tonight) but doing so would lose 90secs on the current route.

at a guess, the dupe is because the game doesn't have data on what skin id these people are, so they got slapped with skinid 0, which is probably Vic's (it's tommy's in VC, CJ's in SA iirc, etc)

that'd also explain the LCS 'toni dupe' I had - sal's skinid data got lost, so he got given skinid 0, and the mission failed because the game lost track of him and assumed he died, but couldn't despawn him after mission fail obviously since they'd lost track of him
