Howdy ya'll

Brand spanking new to speedrunning. Huge fan of Vice City so would really love to start running said game. I do, however, have two problems. The steam version of VC has some issues running on modern PCs (the mouse not working bug comes to mind) so when I've played casually I've used the unoffical silent patch. And here comes problem #2: the silent patch is not allowed for speedrunning.

I found a forum post where someone asked about the silent patch and KZ_FREW ( if you see this KZ, you're awesome. love your speedruns and commentary) responded with a link (thats now dead) to the mods/fixes that are allowed.

Is anyone able to provide me a new link?
