Where to download it , or how make it Japanese (like on twitch.tv many streamers have it) I have non-steam version of game
There was a chat conversation between someone who had a retail version and zoton and he said that the person's and the Steam version barely differed. -> Try zoton's converter on your version and see what it says. After the conversion, it checks if your files are identical to those of the Japanese version.
