Vice City and Game Capture (OBS)
Ever since I upgraded to Windows 10 I can't use Game Capture for VC. Is W10 the problem and how do I fix it?

Windows 10 is definitely the problem, since i've experienced an similar issue with this. Had to resort to monitor capture. I didn't have Windows 10 long enough to figure out the issue but I do recommend using DxTory to capture your game.
