Hello i'm a new speedrunner i try to speedrun the game but i want to show proof just in case i speedrun the game fully and PS4 recordings just take about 60 minutes/1 hour of recording time max. How to record longer than 60 minutes on PS4 without capture card? A reply would be nice

Remote Access. You can play the PS4 on your computer, than you can record it with OBS.

honestly, id just get a capture card. a cheap one like the avermedia LGP lite can cost about $60-$80 USD. its a worthwhile investment if you want to speedrun on PS4

Just livestream it on YouTube. The stream should upload itself. And cutting the stream should be even on a phone possible (cutting failed attempts so the run that you want to submit only has the successful attempt).
