Hello everyone I want to use obs in order to record my speedrun session for San Andreas but on obs it records a black screen and it doesnt show any footage of the game. Do you have anything to suggest and help me. Notice that Im using windows 10 Thanks for your time
Use Dxtory to capture your game and in OBS use Video Capture Device to capture Dxtory's video feed.
You probably have multiple GPUs. Game is running on one GPU while you are using a different one for recording.
Make sure both the game and OBS is using the same GPU.
@Blantas Im using only a single gpu r9 270 I have downgraded the game on v1.0 or 1.1 im not sure, and it doesnt record the game on OBS, while it was on steam version 3 I think it was fine, but I need to run the game on lower version for the autospliter
OBS logs everything it tries and fails. You should read and or post the log.
