As we all know, CJ can get girlfriend phone call at this time. I watched the WR run. It takes near 30s after taking the photo. There is my idea to reduce time for above trip. 1、Get OM0 from girlfriend phone call. 2、Do the mission just like the WR run until taking the photo. 3、Suicide, then teleport to Angel Pine Hospital. 4、Drive the Ambulance to pass the mission.
I measured the time of wasted (step 3) roughly and it cost near 6s. I also measured the time of step 4 roughly and it cost less than 20s after few practices. The total time is less than 30s obviously. By the way, I think the practice of step 4 is easier than Hydra practice.
I has tried step 2 to 4, but I didn't try step 1 before, so there is only one problem that "Can CJ get OM0 instead of duping Badlands?". If getting OM0 is impossible, this thread is rubbish.

E: Probably, he enters the bike right after entering the mission trigger (like you do before Outrider and Gray Imports). Then he drops the call button right after losing control - which happens right after the fade to black is over.
