If a virtual machine with save states of whole system is used (which I personally used for some expreiments), system time is also restored upon reload. I am, however, not making any claims on whether it was indeed used or not.

Keyboard cam is all about being able to see the execution, not the RNG. The RNG can obviously be grinded until you get a perfect run.
It's okay to admit you have no way to prove it (not being able to record/stream, other hardware related issues...), but it's a fact that the run is suspicious.
And I agree, suspicious is not the same as cheated. I personally have never accused this run of being cheated. But the fact it is suspicious is exactly the reason that the runner has to prove it isn't cheated. I don't care how he does it, but nobody will believe this run isn't cheated until it's proven otherwise. Whether the runner cares or not is honestly none of our concern, and this thread has gone long enough that he has proven he doesn't care about proving his legitimacy.
That's not to say he isn't knowledgeable about the game. I applaud him for coming up with all the strats in the video and all others he has posted in the forums.
Here's a simple one: Have Flying explain how he does the single frame turn around strat on Home Invasion. I've yet to see an explanation show up on this forum. Why should this run get a pass with something like this going unexplained? There isn't a single runner involved with this community that would get a pass while seemingly refusing to provide an explanation that would prove their innocence.
Also how do you explain the flicks on You've Had Your Chips? If someone really thinks that this run is legit, there's something wrong with him
Not sure why this is still a discussion of whether it's legit or not. There are repeated single frame mouse movements in at least two different parts of the run (Home Invasion and You've Had Your Chips) which are absolutely humanly impossible. These by the way are exactly the same kind of impossible movements which were used in the previous cheated run submitted by someone with the same username.
Now unless I'm missing something I've rejected the run, and we should all move onto useful things, such as the others strats they posted which might actually be useful to everyone. Whether anything else is "legit" or "RTA" or anything else in this run is not relevant unless A.) Someone else unknown (or with the same username) submits a very fast time without these mouse movements or B.) It's (imo impossible) proven that the mouse movements were legit.
Exactly Josh, btw I think you should just lock this thread because discussing if the run is legit or not is just pointless.

Tirean did point the fact about when saves were made and reloaded. I doubt he would think about everything if he edited his run. As much as I looked at his run, there isn't anything impossible.

You've got to be kidding. Only a grade-A moron would fail to look into the timestamps/get them correct in a cheated run. It's one of the first things we all looked into, I'm sure.
Isn't it quite odd that Flying has been answering questions and providing new strategies over the past few days, but refuses to answer the many calls asking him to explain how he does what he does on Home Invasion? I ask any of you who have made accounts within the past few days to share your opinion on this one.

This is conclusive proof that the run is edited. Unless anyone here wants to debate the legality of a single frame teleport and time change.
That's called a "dream frame", Powdinet. Basically, what you're seeing here is a glimpse into a dream that CJ is having while he sleeps in the trailer, during the save. I wouldn't expect you to know about this, as you don't even wan the game.
How did you notice that? Edit: Ok, I had watched it with 30 FPS, my bad. With 60 FPS it is quite noticable.

The GTA:SA community has been deteriorating over a long period of time. Many top runners are not currently present on the leaderboard. This issue has not been seriously addressed yet, but an attempt will be made to remedy it now.
