You first had very low health and the other thing was a display bug or whatever it is called. Josh and me has it, too. After crashing.

Yeah illuminati that health thing is actually fairly common, normally happens when people jump off the cliff after coming out of Madd Dogg's mansion on the bike and they fall off if they have no HP.

The spawn on that bridge is a little glitched, everytime I go to that corner of the map grab a Seasparrow with wanted level at the beggining of the game there is either a Ranger or an Enforcer that spawn below the bridge and falls to the sand.
The GTA:SA community has been deteriorating over a long period of time. Many top runners are not currently present on the leaderboard. This issue has not been seriously addressed yet, but an attempt will be made to remedy it now.
