Look's flashy oddRaven, but is it even faster? I just got home from a big day out so I'm too tired to compare it but my suspicion would be that it isn't/isn't much.
saving & reloading at the start of badlands gets you a cop on the street at tanker commander 9 out of 10 times, i don't know why/how it works but it does. could this have any other use? Also the reason for the sanchez "sometimes" not spawning at the start of BL is because you got out of los santos first attempt since you started the game. 99% sure of this. Why? Ask rockstar.
During 100% everything must be from a fresh game and I have had the Sanchez spawn every single time, so it isn't that :(
Hmm, in GTA3, there is a similar thing with ambulance spawns. If you die for the first time in a new island, the ambulance sometimes won't spawn. But it never happens in Any%, only in All Missions, and it only seems to happen in Shoreside.
So it is kinda random, but it seems to only happen during the first attempt after you load the game. So reset might be onto something.
Do you have any death warps or anything like that before the Sanchez in 100% Tirean? Could be the devs never tested/intended for anyone to get all the way to badlands without dying/something else.
No deaths / warps in 100%. Also I have done MANY clean runs of Any% and All Missions and 99% of the time the Sanchez has spawned. It is probably version stuff that causes it.
It has to be that, for the people on v1 anyway. I can't think of any explanation other than it being something to do with how fast you finish los santos, i NEVER get it. Anyways it's not really relevant because of tanker commander stuff. They changed it in later versions then i guess? However, i ask why change that? Makes no sense
you could give someone your .exe and gta.dat and let them see if the same thing happens to them?
I can't get the Sanchez spawn too, always have to load the save to get it... I play on 1.0 (don't know if the version matters, maybe it does)
I found a small strat - at the and of snail trail, if you have a cop car, instead of killing them with the ak, just run them over. It saves like 3-4 seconds, and you don't waste any ak ammo. I think you already know this, but I just wanted to post it in case you don't :P (this is for woozie skip only)
If grove street families decide to roll out during Los Desperados, you can get out of car, disband the gang, and recruit them again.

Make sure you shoot your gun first to cancel phone call if you are duping or it over writes the disbanding phase.
Best (& fastest) way of getting onto the boat when you have a car. Because: 1/you only need to jump once 2/ getting out of passenger side is faster. For anyone not knowing how i make CJ recover from the jump so fast, it is holding sprint key.
If you like pain you can try hitting the lamp post to get over the bannister inside the car.
