Personally i feel like this is tool assisted, remembering collectibles is a big part of why 100% runs are fun also gtasnp.com has the same feature but better i guess (example: http://gtasnp.com/map/5487 )
This isn't really any more tool assisted than Lighnat0r's checklist tool is. Heck, it may even be less TAS-like since it doesn't hook into the game's memory addresses directly and in real time.
It is less fun though, but then again so is using Lighnat0r's tool so I don't see the difference.
The GTA:SA community has been deteriorating over a long period of time. Many top runners are not currently present on the leaderboard. This issue has not been seriously addressed yet, but an attempt will be made to remedy it now.
