IV Segment Rule Addition
Since the IV segments were pretty dead since their implementation, there were no concrete rules in place. This has been changed to disallow runners skipping missions you would usually do in Any%.
This change will allow the segment categories to reflect their intended purpose.
- First Date requires the completion of Bleed Out
- Uncle Vlad requires the completion of Concrete Jungle
- Roman's Sorrow requires the completion of Search and Delete & Easy as Can Be
