GTA SA steam version need be freme limiter on?
With frame limiter the game stays at 25 fps, off stays 90 fps. The high fps change something in game like speed or something that can reject my run? (Im trying Low% Bad Ending category in Steam Version)
Yes, frame limiter has to be on, because high FPS breaks some scripts.
