This is a any% route for blowfish instapass without TaT dupe, still faster than old any% route by at least 40 sec.

I tried a route with both TaT dupe and blowfish instapass but it was only 10 sec faster than current WR. It started a rampage right after picking up ambulance after TaT dupe and then proceeded to obtain a taxi, make a rampage replay for last requests and also get a banshee for Bomb da base and then did the instapass.

Could someone explain how to do the instapass?

Rampage start Taxi, then hold capslock and when the rampage is over keep holding capslock and go into the blow fish mission trigger

Ok, I couldn't get it to work before because I wasn't holding capslock until just before leaving the Taxi.

But now I have another problem, here's a video: It's like I'm stuck in the cutscene and can't do anything, after a while screen turns black and I have to restart the game. Am I supposed to release capslock after entering the mission trigger?

You need to skip the cutscene as fast as possible, otherwise the game softlocks

T&T dupe + Blow Fish instapass is still faster than just Blow Fish instapass

Unfortunately this instapass will crash the game with 25% chance and nothing can be done about it. Edit: nvm, you actually can by restarting Chaperone

Crash depends on which camera was chosen at the start of Chaperone. If you see this camera, then game will crash on Blowfish instapass: ($2033 = 3) These cameras are fine: ($2033 = 2) ($2033 = 1) ($2033 = 0)

I'm stuck on this instapass . I'm making rampage timer, but then i get out of taxi before the instapass, the taxi submission always gets cancelled, even though i held the caps lock button. I am playing on 1.1 version, and game is not modded, so what can be the problem?

You need to hold caps lock before the rampage runs out

I just figured out what was the thing. The thing was, that i redifined controls a long ago, and 'looking back' key was only mouse wheel, and not the caps lock. But one of the reasons of submission on foot is holding 'looking back' key WHILE holding a caps lock key. Rampage timer is needed only to set OMF to 0.

You are partially wrong, you need to be on OMF1 when you start holding taxi submission for the strat to work, whatever the bind is. Of course, you need to have the look back key on the same as the submission key as well. Both things are important.

Blow Fish can also be instapassed with the Getaway, just start Blow Fish after picking up the guys but before going to the bank.

Adding to what Patrick posted, it's even better to stop at the bank before starting the second instance of The Getaway.

Pros: -You could get some mafia guys killed during robbery so there are less people getting in and out of car. -The bank alarm will be going off (I'm assuming until you save/load) so you can enjoy the sweet sounds every time you drive by it.
