seems like your best bet is to take an All Missions Dupeless Route and then tweak it to have all the side stuff, huh

Since it's dupeless it means you need to do everything. My suggestion would be go play semi-blind or make your own route with your preferences.

I'll be doing a 100% dupeless run (bar taxi ip) soon. I feel the route is pretty optimal. However if you're doing mj's, bribe star replay, glitching cars, faking etc then probably not for you as i run on console (ps4).
