As we all know, the 100% of GTA games isn't actually the true 100% of them. I was thinking maybe we could get a category extension for speedruns that do everything within the game, not just the stuff required for 100%. This is an exmaple of what I mean:-

I've been thinking of doing this for each of the games (III, VC, SA, IV, V) but which one would be the easiest to do?
