Different versions

Just as a heads up, the PSP version and PS3 version have an entirely different set of levels compared to the xbox 360 version.

I understand that this game obviously wasn't very popular, but in the event that it does magically become popular, it would benefit from splitting the games apart on the board.

I was completely unaware of this, however to the best of my knowledge, the game hasn't been available for purchase on Sony platforms for a number of years now, making only the Xbox version available.

If PS runs end up being submitted, I'll get a leaderboard set up for them. Thanks for the heads up.

As far as I remember, all 3 versions have significant differences. Xbox 360 and PS3 have more levels. Xbox 360 has some different level layouts. PS3 has a glitch which allows you to use the increased speeds from harder difficulties in the easier difficulty levels.

Individual levels did get some pretty decent competition at Cyberscore, particularly the Xbox 360 version.

Probably going to be hard for anyone to do a run of the PS3 version as it was delisted in 2013 so getting hold of it is hard as hell unless you've got a CFW PS3 :/

Hi! Here's your ps3 runner! :D

I'm known as Bunny, and I also did not know of these differences prior. I love this game and have played it on ps3 ever since I was a child. Now I've come back to the game in the form of speedrunning. I saw all the categories listed and felt as though none of them really represented the game as a whole. And so I began testing how quickly and efficiently one could unlock the insane difficulty, which is the hardest on ps3. After doing a couple runs with a fairly thought out route, it turned out to be great fun! I think Unlock Insane (UI in short) could work as a main game category. Just like any% is in most games.

My first solid run of the category can be found here [Edit: run starts at 2:28]:

Let me know what you think! Also I'd be down to mod this game, because it is one of my faves and I think it has great potential as a speedgame (At least on Xbox by the sounds of it all).

All I know is that I will keep running UI, having fun with it and gunning for a time very close to 1 hour flat. My plan is to submit the category to a speedrun event, that will be known as FinnRuns Summer 2023.

Oh wow, I completely missed this for 4 months, apologies.

I haven't touched the game in almost 3 years, nor have I ever seen the PS3 version, so I'll have watch through this a few times to see what the major differences are and look at whether separate boards are needed (by the looks of it though, it seems like it might be).

Unlock Insane seems like a great idea for a run as well, if it's still something you're interested in (again, sorry for that) I'd happily add it to the boards.
