I've played the game in the past and done well. I play Sara, as I'm pretty sure she's broken as hell with her special attacks. I haven't optimised the runs at all so there's a world of improvement. I just did my first run after years of not playing and got a round a 52 min clip, but I was Rusty as hell. If anyone's willing to help map out the path, or to try and beat me when I record a time that would be cool. I also have a friend who's gonna try to set a couple co-op world record. I think when we both played a lot we got a 25ish time at some point.
It would be nice. I am not sure about my map routing. I don't think this route is fastest route, but it's pretty straight-forward, here is many things to discover. Anyway, i will waiting for your runs, thank you for your post.
i think i just got a 41:04 ish run. should i edit my recording down to just the run, or leave in the parts where its dead air/forgetting to stop recording?
edit: also what are we using as official start, and end points. i think you were using after the first dialogue box fades to start, and after the second boss fight when the screen starts to turn dark?

Not necessary, you can cut moments before and after run, but don't edit run itself. It's ok, if you leave some record before/after run. I use as start point, when Gilius gives a signal (waves his hand down) after first dialogue box. And as end point, when character gets (touch) a golden axe and screen starts to turn black. I think it's a good points for understanding start/end points and it's keeps some time for timer preparation. Remember, on video must be shown, how you choose a difficulty.
ok, exporting the run now, then ill upload to youtube, and send it in. looks like it came out at 41:08. is there a reason you run the panther? sara's combo attacks seem broken. both are super fast, one is low damage, almost impossible to disrupt, and the other is high damage and only slightly slower. plus it doesn't take nearly as long as the panthers.
I run as panther, because i found a broken mechanics as him first. And i didn't do runs after, because personal reasons. But now i have free time for runs and i will try diffrent routes and chars.
