On the 3DS version of Crazy Dunes, if you jump (press R) while being boosted off the ramp and instantly turn to the right,shown in my pending run here: The game seems to think you're closer to the other side of the hill, so it teleports you to the other side. Which just so happens to be the finish line for the track.

This can skip the whole loop around the hill and cut my time down from a lousy 1m 22.34s to a very pretty 0m 58.21s

I would try if I owned it on PC, but currently I only own the 3DS version

I tried it on PC and it didn't work :/
