They might get verified but there is no guarantee. Also you don't really want to be resetting that much on forest. It is easy to get stuck doing that even though mistakes in forest are usually pretty insignificant when considering the whole run. It is better to get more runs out of forest even if you are a bit behind.
5C is already a problem, the new level is harder and probably slower too. There already is an il entry for that level.
There is a reason why they all cater to pc players, just look at the distribution of players on pc vs on consoles.
Depends how many run the category. Not every category needs to have an entry on this site. The leaderboard is already quite cluttered as it is.
The level of verification required across the years have changed. This is common in many speedgames. Worth noting that the leaderboards don't have all the fastest times including in 1-8.

There is always the option of getting another monitor. It is not ideal but it is an option.
Some monitors have an option to lower the frame rate. Do you have that option?

There are a couple tricky strats for meatboy but otherwise it is really close to what dark ending is. So it isn't that interesting honestly. Better just to stick with the faster characters.
He cheated though, he changed one some levels where it isn't necessary.
Imo as long as the category has enough competition and is somewhat reasonable I see no reason why it couldn't be added.
What autohotkey does in this case is only rebinding keys. Worth noting that this is the extent what is allowed, macros for example are not.
Also worth noting that fixing the framerate reduces load times.
