All snapshots are banned, april fools or no, with the exception of RSG in lastest 1.16 snapshot category
You use it to request leaderboards to be made, like the ones at speedrun.com/mcm_d3 and speedrun.com/mcm_hr
HMCL is a mod. It modifies the game, however slightly. This is sufficient reason in and of itself to reject the run. Optifine is the sole exception to this rule.
HMCL does contain mods itself. They are fairly minor, but they might have some effect we don't know about and additionally we're kind of wary of the precedent that allowing it would set.
This is minecraft, every category is extremely reliant on rng. That one more than most. You can grab a bed or two if you want, which might help a bit.
This backseat moderation is kind of hilarious. Something about the tone of this post is just really funny to me.
Very very useful for 1.9+. If there are no major relevant changes before 1.16 is released then it'll probably be faster than 1.7.
"The users moderating a game should represent the consensus by the players of the game for who should be moderating. If it is evident that moderators are not representative of consensus among runners, site staff may change moderation. Site staff will consider involvement of community members with the game when evaluating consensus. A 51-49 vote may not be a clear consensus, and we do not want to change the leaderboard every time community opinion shifts slightly, or someone new runs the game for another vote." - Site Moderation Rules
I'm fairly certain the clear community consensus is that the categories that were added suck, and that the site staff's actions are not representative of consensus among runners. I'd like to request that the site staff change moderation.
Option to display a "show all runs" subcategory, similarly to not filtering a variable
Option to set runs without video to hidden by default, similarly to emulator
Option to hide variables from the main leaderboard page, so they can be used for filtering or for displaying data about runs on the run page without taking up space
