imo the suits that allow you to skip sections of the game should count as IL runs, for example, the library suit can only be used to run the library and if you wish to run the GateHouse (starting area) you should only be able to use the classic suit
I think since it is called "any%" warping should be allowed but I think there should be a "any% warpless" or sth equal. But I agree with you about IL stuff, but it generates a lot of problems to solve with rules. Since nobody is running IL, let's not bother with it now.
I agree with you about that cutting 4 minutes with a warp is not same thing as the seeker+rng runs.
If I fuse our ideas
-Adding ban for warping suits into rules -Converting current any% into warpless or all bosses -Making the 2:20 run "Destroy the Emitter" run
