Luxury Hotel (Omega Shadow) done in 0:29. This mission has a glitch whereby it ends upon Miccini surrendering, with the hostages not requiring to be rescued. As such, I bolt straight for him, stunning and/or shooting all enemies in my path. Not the best run by any means, but I think getting 0:28 will require some added complexities [more details in Youtube description]. A good benchmark for others to follow, perhaps.
