Does Nestopia at exactly 60 fps or not?

No it runs at 0.01 fps

It runs at normal ntsc iirc

Definitely should get an emulator that runs at a 65 FPS and submit.

for some reason i feel like he think 60 flat is the maximum and he just ask if is a viable emulator for runs in all case, ye it runs at the same speed than original NES and you can set it to be 60 flat
