I found this run on YouTube. Its a 31:20 by Spleen. This is not his run on the leaderboard, and it is faster than the current world record, posted in January:

To clarify: This run was posted in january, before the current posted world record.

It uses an out of bounds glitch that has since been patched out (@21:19 in the video). At the time of this run it was known this was going to be patched out and was agreed upon that runs using it wouldn't be verified.

A couple of seconds maybe. That time is absolutely beatable without the clip.
