This run is nothing short of incredible. My old PB in this game was a 13:53 before the load removal update, so even with that run already being deathless, this run improved on that in execution by over 5 seconds. Most of the timesave came from taking movement tighter and going for small strategies to save time.

The biggest mistake is a holdup in 18 that cost about ~0.7s. Beyond this, frames can be saved from tighter movement and less hesitation overall, which add up over the course of 30 levels. In addition, there are some significant strategies that can save time in levels 5, 7, 18, 20, and 26 that I have pulled off, which add up to about 6 seconds of timesave combined. 13:2x is doable with my skill level, but this time is strong enough that I am done with this game for now.
