Im new of the speed run world but i love re4 ,so why not to try it .. so my question is if i stream my runs but without the timers . Because even if i put the game on Windowed Mode do not work even if i press Numpad1 ingame ,but work if alt+tab to the timer-window and then press Numpad1, so even if i do my runs without the timer ... can i submit it to re4 speedruns?

Unless you do a speedrun in the game modes which don't show the clear time you took to beat, you can basically check that out at the end of the game by the result screen, so you basically have no problems with that. Plus if you have your own timer by other gadgets you can use them instead as well if you can accurately measure the time with them. :)
