Hello i am new to the rise of nations speedruning and i noticed Tiers first i tried to figure them out by looking at the internet but i couldnt find anything can someone please explain

Tiers are basically classifying a nation by strength. For example, Bhutan is a tier 1 because of its small economy, population, and military while United States is a Tier 7, meaning that the US is one of the most powerful nations in terms of economy, population, and military. Tiers can be confusing but can be broken down to economic strength, population numbers, and military power. (Also forgot to mention that tiers are also based on xp multiplier. Worse tier, better multi)
