I have few dumb questions, feel free to ignore.

Are 3rd party controllers allowed? It doesn't have turbo, but it let's you press every directional input on the d-pad at once.

Is webcam footage allowed? I don't have own a capture card currently, and I don't want to use an emulator because mac.

Is there a difference between the two nes cartridge versions? I can buy either a yellow label cart or the standard black label cart for about the same price.

-3rd party controllers are fine, so long as it doesn't give you an advantage over official controllers.
-So long as we can see the gameplay, and confirm there's no cheating and it follows the rules of the category, it's fine.
-To my knowledge, no, there's no difference. But don't quote me on that.
-Depends on the category. I haven't made any for the 100% categories, but I think there's some for 2 Boss and any%
