Hey guys, been out of the scene for a while (since before USB loading was banned.) Anyways, I'm going to buy a JPN LM disc sometime soon, just wondering if it's allowed to use homebrew to launch it region-free on a US Wii or not. It's still from disc so I wouldn't see why not. Right now I've been stuck running English version (not that I've PB'd since I've returned anyways...)

If you're using disc then it's perfectly legal, don't worry!

Also was wondering if I should delete my old run or not since it was on USB. Not that 101st place is exactly tipping the scales anyways...

I think the run will be fine, you will probably pb soon anyway and beat it :)

Basically on the same page as Michael, because you submitted a run back when USB loading was legal, it is your decision on whether to keep the run or take it down. I think because you are in 101st place, you'll get some nice PBs soon on disc and that will be that. Your decision, though :) Glad to see you're getting back into running!

Yeah I'll just go ahead and pretend I didn't read anything, I don't care enough to delete your pb lol. You're fine. But yeah, running the JP disc with hacks is the way to go, totally allowed
