You are mounting it with Daemon Tools Lite or something, right?

Yes, I'm using Daemon Tools Lite. And it didn't help.

If you have a non-steam version of the game installed, try uninstalling it and try again. That's what caused that message for me.

Also, do you use Windows 8/8.1? It won't install at all for most people on Windows 8/8.1. (it works after installing though) If you use Windows 7 then you need to set comptability mode to 98/Me, then it should work.

Well, I deleted my VC Steam version and now install disk working but it installs nothing! It doesn't matter which folder I choose to install. It doesn't matter I installing it with radio or not. After "install" and reboot it deletes nothing as well.

DeNN1sk0, run setup.exe in compatibility mode for Windows XP, or Windows 98/ME. That's what worked for me.
