Not sure where to put this but since it mostly concerns SF I'll put it here. If your on foot secondary fire key is the same as action you can hold a call while aiming with a sniper or rocket launcher. You will shoot the entire time you aim though so you have to practice it a little.
To clarify: You do not need a controller or XInput or anything for this. You just need to set your input device to "joypad" in the controls menu. Then you can set a secondary fire button on foot, too.
With the sniper rifle and RPG, you can aim properly with the mouse - for the rest (?) you need to use numpad keys (8462 like in the lowrider dancing mini-game).
Jizzy with the satchels is faster I guess. I think it helps more with p69 and om0 snail trail.
The GTA:SA community has been deteriorating over a long period of time. Many top runners are not currently present on the leaderboard. This issue has not been seriously addressed yet, but an attempt will be made to remedy it now.
