I am very sorry on behalf of him, and I hope you can accept him back into this community. I always taught my son to be a very honest individual, and while the punishment I am giving him may seem extreme at first, I am doing it because I am very disappointed in him.
Hello there, please don't be tough on your son, I think most of us looked at the ways to cheat when we were young. I found cheating interesting when I was at age 10-13 (I can guess Joggins is around that age). My point is it's something lots of kids try to do in games at that age, so you shouldn't feel that bad. I would also lower the punishment or limit the time he's using technology in those 2 weeks. Cheers!
Hello, if it really is the mother of Joggins, you don't have to ban him from technology for two weeks, he's already learned his lesson by having his runs removed. It's a video game so it's really not that big of a deal anymore, he most likely will be starting fresh (If he even decides to play anymore) improving upon his 2:30s run that is in fact not faked. Your punishments are only doing him bad.
if this is really joggins's mother, this is extreme as hell and you're teaching him nothing. teach him to not cheat in other ways
To be honest, I actually do agree with what you guys are saying thinking back, but I have already given him the punishment, and I don't want him to feel as though he can argue his way out of things. I hope you can understand.
not to be rude, but that isn't how you teach a kid to stop cheating. I think what you're doing is wrong.
