Squeak saves at least 6 seconds. Sweep complete. To get sub 1 as Liz, you need to play perfectly, but squeak is far easier. You turn around at the start faster, line up the clip faster, drive the seam OOB easier, and the falling turn works more often. This is why I could loose a few seconds to missing the clip on lap 0 and still get a 55.
