So, the WR for Nice% is 0:00.220, but I went frame by frame in the video, and found out that 1 frame in the video was exactly 0.01 seconds on the timer. The video runs at 30fps (yes I checked frame by frame) and if you do the math, then 1 frame is supposed to be equal to 0.33333..... (33.333... ms), which is FAR from 0.01s (10ms). Try to retime the run again.
