I have trouble on Timsh. When i get to legal district how do i know where he is? In the only runs i've seen on this map hes been right inside the door on the ground floor. Is there any way to know or influence where he is going to be?

nope, we just hope that hes in the correct spot and reset if he isnt, if you want to continue all runs just search for him

He is either: First floor with the will on third floor Third floor with the will on first floor or Timsh is fourth floor with the will either first or third
