This is a real RNG-fest. the first ring around him is the opposite of the first one you must pass through at the end of phase 1. You need a 20 second grab to end phase 1 to be on pace.

You then have to hope for good luck on phase 2 and a good phase 2 ring pattern. It is also possible to reset for Ultimate Shadow double hits or no slow down.

Lastly, more than a minute can be cut if the Dark Crystal Cutscene Skip was implemented. I have not confirmed tha this works on PC, and it was thus omitted.
