It is very hard for us to correctly retime when this happens, and because of that the two moderators that verified your run probably got different times each (which seems like the case). It's hard to explain through chat what is going on behind the scenes, but I fixed your run as I believe the 1:03.633 is the more accurately timed one. Please provide more than half a frame next time at the end of your run.
