The first thing I did for routing All Cards was taking note of how many cards on each screen you have in every level, that might be useful for practice before doing runs so that might help to not forget any on the way. Forgetting a card is something pretty much happening just at the beginning of this category, a runner after several runs normally collects succesfully all of them.

For actual locations you should check any run of the category, it's pointless showing screenshots if you can actually check in runs showing where the cards are and also different ways to get them. This guide works more like a thing you can check before running to remember the objectives in every screen.
