The only differences between Any% and 100% is collecting the 5 crowns and completing the secret level after 5-4 that the crowns unlock. These crowns barely require you to go out of your way.

Crown Locations:

1-3

Reach this room and ride the last elevator upwards.

2-1

Instead of going left to progress with the level, go right.

3-2

Go into the building before the duck boat.

4-1

The crown always appears after beating the boss, so collect it after you defeat her.

5-4

The crown is on the side as you go up the elevator towards the end of the level, you see it in any%.
